I participate as laboratory technician in the CONACYT proyect: “Evaluación de la efectividad de las Áreas Marinas Protegidas en los arrecifales del Caribe Mexicano”. This project is the evaluation of reef marine protected areas in the Mexican Caribean. I am the coordinator of coral reef monitoring in the project, also I made a compilation of historic data of the reef and in the future I will help with the integrative workshops between researchers and marine protected area managers.
